Finally, AT&T has decided to give the average smart phone consumer a break by offering tiered data usage rate plans. The standard $30/month Unlimited plan will continue being offered alongside a sleek new 200MB at $15/month and a 2GB at $20/month. Overage fees will be tacked on for those who breach their respective data limits. Next on my wish list for AT&T's progress, create a network that allows me to actually make a phone call without it being dropped.
